Although we're called the Lunada Bay Home Owners Association, we really include the Margate area, too. Please help spread the word and encourage your neighbors to join. It's easy to join or renew, and can be done online using Paypal (or the old-fashioned way, by mail).

Consider Donor levels. Individuals, families, neighbors, groups or small businesses who want to support the LBHOA Summer Concerts may consider becoming Concert Donors. The levels of concert donorship are:

• Community Builder ($175-$249)
• Good Friend ($100-$174)
• Good Neighbor ($50-$99).

Donor Requirements. Each Donor is required to provide to the LBHOA:

1. a completed Donor Application Form
2. payment in full by check made payable to “LBHOA.”

Donor Benefits. Alternatively, a Concert Donor, by prearrangement with the LBHOA, may donate an item or items that would be appropriate for use as a raffle prize at one of the concerts. Concert Donors will be acknowledged by name in the printed concert program distributed at one of the Summer Concerts of their choice..
