WHAT DO WE DO?
“Lunada Bay Park” immediately comes to mind.

Our beautiful and useful park, where we hold our summer concerts, Harvest Festival, Santa's Visit, as well as other
Projects throughout the community, represents the culmination of a broader process.

The committee focuses on three main areas within that process:
  • Through community input, to develop a vision for the character and use of our Parkland areas.
  • Provide information to the community on current city Parkland activities.
  • Input city process concerning improvements, maintenance and community priorities.

WHAT DO WE NEED?
In order for this committee to be effective we would like to break down the responsibilites into manageable pieces. I am happy to continue as chairperson and offer my office for meetings. Assistance in the following areas would be hugely appreciated:
  • “Social Director” to arrange meetings and snacks.
  • “City Rep.” someone to attend city meetings and report back to group.
  • “Web Expert” to coordinate with LBHOA site each month to update information and photos.

In addition, we are asking the community to comment and propose ideas for future Parks and Trails projects and activities. Drop a note in my mail slot at 2325 Palos Verdes Drive W. Suite 212 (next to Prontos)
Or email me at
marlenebreene@gmail.com Our community is so blessed to have an abundance of natural beauty for our health and enjoyment. Thank you Mr. Olmstead!
